Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds, this award-winning independent pub is all about laid-back countryside charm, proper hospitality, and cooking with the best seasonal produce. With a small, talented kitchen brigade of three, they’re now on the lookout for a Chef De Partie to join the team.

£30,000 per year plus circa £3,000 to £5,000 service charge
Working 48 hours per week with a mix of straight and split shifts – flexibility available
Cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a well-run kitchen
Strong support from a Head Chef who’s passionate about mentoring
Great exposure to all areas of the kitchen, which is ideal for growth and progression
Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie…
Taking charge of your section and delivering consistently high-quality plates
Working closely with a small team to prep and serve for around 50 covers
Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, from mise en place to service
Bringing positive energy and a strong work ethic to every shift
Learning from experienced chefs and contributing to a warm, collaborative atmosphere
