This is a visible, delivery-focused BD Manager role where you will: Develop and drive strategic BD plans across key business sectors Partner closely with senior stakeholders on client targeting and growth initiatives Lead on pitches, campaigns and intermediary engagement Oversee awards and directory submissions Deliver high-quality events and profile-raising activity Manage and develop a BD Executive Track ROI and ensure activity is aligned to clear commercial objectives It's a hands-on, high-impact role in a collaborative, well-resourced team - ideal for someone who enjoys ownership and momentum. The Ideal Candidate You'll be a confident, commercially-minded BD professional who thrives in a professional services environment. 8-10 years' BD/Marketing experience within a law firm or comparable professional services setting Strong Corporate / M&A exposure Proven track record delivering pitches, campaigns and strategic plans Experience managing and coaching junior team members Confident influencing partners and senior stakeholders Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment This role suits someone practical and delivery-driven - a safe pair of hands who can quickly embed and add value.
