They are looking for people who want to build something meaningful, not just fill a role, but contribute to a business with high standards, clear ambition, and long-term plans.</p> <p><b>The Opportunity</b></p> <p>They are looking for a <b>Client Concierge (Receptionist)</b> &#8211; a highly organised, personable individual who will be the first point of contact for their clients and play a key role in delivering a premium, seamless experience.</p> <p>This is not a traditional Receptionist role.</p> <p>You will sit at the centre of the business, managing inbound phone enquiries, welcoming clients into the showroom, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury brand.</p> <p>You will also play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by qualifying enquiries, managing appointment flow, and helping maintain a structured, high-performing environment.</p> <p><b>What You’ll Be Doing:</b></p> <ul> <li>Acting as the first point of contact for all inbound phone enquiries, ensuring calls are handled professionally and efficiently.</li> <li>Professionally answering and managing incoming calls, qualifying client needs, and directing enquiries appropriately.</li> <li>Booking and coordinating client appointments to ensure an efficient and well-managed schedule.</li> <li>Welcoming clients into the showroom and delivering a polished, high-end experience.</li> <li>Preparing meeting rooms and maintaining a clean, organised, and professional environment.</li> <li>Supporting the sales team by qualifying phone enquiries and booking high-quality appointments.</li> <li>Assisting with outbound calls (e.g. following up quotes, arranging collections, checking in with clients).</li> <li>Managing daily calendars and ensuring appointments run smoothly and on time.</li> <li>Receiving and organising deliveries and packages.</li> <li>Maintaining high standards across the front-of-house and client areas.</li> </ul> <p><b>Who This Role Would Suit:</b></p> <ul> <li>Someone with strong customer service experience (hospitality, retail, front-of-house, or similar).</li> <li>A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and in person.</li> <li>An organised individual who enjoys keeping things structured and running smoothly.</li> <li>Someone who takes pride in presentation, environment, and attention to detail.</li> <li>A proactive individual who enjoys being busy and taking ownership.</li> <li>Someone who enjoys working in a professional, high-standard environment.</li> <li>An interest in luxury brands or watches is beneficial, but not essential.</li> </ul> <p><b>What They’re Looking For:</b></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Professionalism and strong personal presentation.</li> <li>High levels of organisation and attention to detail.</li> <li>Confidence in handling phone conversations and managing enquiries.</li> <li>Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure.</li> <li>A proactive, &#8220;can-do&#8221; attitude.</li> <li>Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.</li> <li>Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.</li> </ul> <p><b>What You’ll Get:</b></p> <ul> <li>Salary: £23,750 &#8211; £25,000 per annum depending on experience</li> <li>Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus</li> <li>Holiday: 29 days including bank holidays</li> <li>Hours: 35 hours per week, including alternate Saturdays</li> <li>Pension: Workplace pension scheme</li> <li>Development: Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving business (including progression into operations or sales support roles over time)</li> </ul> <p><b>Why Join SwissTimepieces?</b></p> <p>SwissTimepieces is not a corporate retailer.
