Staff Data Engineer (Analytics Engineering)

Kogo poszukujemy? Requirements 8+ years in data engineering or related roles. Advanced SQL. Advanced Python. Experience with modern data transformation tools such as DBT and Airflow. Expertise with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, BigQuery). Infrastructure as Code experience, Terraform preferred. Strong data modeling, pipeline orchestration and distributed data systems experience (Spark, Kafka). Proven delivery of large scale data systems and strong communication and mentoring skills. Architect, build and scale data pipelines and systems for analytics and ML. Deliver reliable, secure and performant data systems with observability and governance. Partner with engineering and analytics teams to deliver data solutions with measurable business impact. Mentor engineers and promote best practices in data modeling, transformation and code quality. Drive operational excellence, monitoring and incident response for data services.
