About the Role

Job Title: Traffic Marshall / Gateman
Location: Bridgend, Wales
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Traffic Marshall / Gateman to join a new and ongoing construction site in Bridgend. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work on a busy site.

This role will involve a mix of traffic marshalling duties and general labouring tasks. You will be responsible for managing vehicle movements safely on and around the site, controlling access at the gate, and supporting site operations where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely directing site traffic and deliveries
  • Acting as the main point of contact at the site gate
  • Logging vehicle entries and exits
  • Assisting with general labouring duties as needed
  • Maintaining site safety standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card (essential)
  • Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket (any recognised ticket accepted)
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
  • Reliable and punctual
