Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Medical Device Technical Trainer for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities
Develop training curriculum for core applications used by staff
Design course materials, to include: handouts, manuals, and exercises
Perform new-hire training
Provide coaching and floor support
Improve training offerings by constantly seeking user feedback
Conduct specialized workshops to raise technical proficiency
Develop current training curricula to provide self-paced training opportunities
Maintain knowledge of all application software
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Systems
2-5 years of experience as a Training Professional
Experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft, and Google
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salesforce.com certification is preferred
