About the Role
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Administrative and Program Support Specialist for a client of ours in Cary, NC.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain office documents (i.e. project reports)
Design and develop Microsoft Access databases to support marketing campaigns
Make recommendations and implement improvements to processes and databases as required
Create, replicate, and/or change processes and maintain computer databases
Manage and maintain product/data information within company systems
Support clients via online marketing automation system
Utilize survey tool to create online surveys and product client reports
Assist in writing/editing sales and marketing materials, to include: proposals, articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral
Interface with clients to facilitate project start-up and execution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Provide primary phone coverage
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm
Knowledge of HTML and a willingness to learn new programs
