What's in it for you A highly competitive salary and excellent benefits package is on offer including: £25,000-30,000 (pro rata for 4day week) 25 days holiday + 10 statutory days (pro rata for 4day week) Private medical cover Pension contribution Learning and development support Free on-site parking A genuinely supportive work culture with a focus on work-life balance The Opportunity Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is perfect for a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician who is passionate about customer training, support, and technology adoption. You will play a vital role in supporting client onboarding and delivering a first-class service experience. Your day to day Assist with providing training on innovative pharmacy automation tools (e.g. robotics, dispensing lockers, eMAR) Provide excellent customer service throughout the client lifecycle Support the project management of new installations and upgrades Assist in system testing and provide product feedback Provide technical support for existing customer, working collaboratively within the wider support team Conduct market, customer and competitor research to support new solutions, business cases and product development Represent the company at trade shows and client events Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota and undertake travel across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the UK as required Contribute to service development through insights and improvement suggestions (full and comprehensive job description will be shared upon application). About You Essential: Experience gained in a busy pharmacy environment - happy to speak to Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, or someone from ACT, Robot Operator background).
