About the Role

Linnaeus is a forward-thinking group of highly respected primary care and referral veterinary practices across the UK and Ireland, offering specialist referral services as well as primary care across our family of 180+ practices which can be anywhere from the city to the countryside.

We are proactively recruiting to help any vet or nurse wanting to make a move to the UK with sponsorships and dedicated support throughout the whole process from start to finish.

If you're considering a move to the UK, then you're in for a real treat!

The UK is surrounded by a rich history and culture that is truly one-of-a-kind. There are many places to live within the UK, each with its own unique character and charm. From the hustle and bustle of city life to quaint and charming villages scattered throughout the countryside, there is something for everyone.

Our coastal towns offer breathtaking ocean views and a laid-back lifestyle, while famous university towns like Oxford and Cambridge have a vibrant cultural and historical scene. For those who prefer a quieter life, there are plenty of rural areas with picturesque landscapes and serene surroundings up and down the country. With such a diverse range of options available, there truly is a perfect location for everyone to call home.

See below how some of our Associates have made the move to join Linnaeus in the UK and Ireland.

“Helping our Associates produce high-quality clinical research encourages them to advance in their careers and enables our profession to offer the best possible care to our patients.”

Luisa de Risio Clinical Research & Excellence Director at Linnaeus

“I decided to apply for an internship at Linnaeus because it is well-known for offering development opportunities across the UK.”

Luis Garcia Roldán Intern, Eastcott Veterinary Referrals

“By 2020 I was ready for a change and one of my friends spoke highly of Peak Vets and Linnaeus. I work with a wonderful team and I’m very happy with my role here.”

“The UK has an amazing veterinary care system that allows us to practice medicine at very high standards. I always wanted to specialise in ophthalmology, and the UK offers residencies in this discipline. In the UK, I have been able to advance my skills by accessing a high volume of cases, guidance from more experienced vets and a wide range of equipment.”

Ioannis Tzouganakis Ophthalmologist, Davies Veterinary Specialists

“Both Linnaeus and AAS have helped me relocate to the UK and start my career here. I am incredibly grateful for their support.”
