In this role you will use advanced FEA and CAE tools to solve Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) and durability challenges across vehicle, aerospace, and amusement ride structures. Conduct CAE analysis independently using CAE tools.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Support analysis with sound engineering explanation and hand calculations.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Review results with lead engineer or supervisor and share with the customer.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Recommend alternative analysis approaches and design solutions to meet the functional targets.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Interface with customer to complete tasks with a high level of quality while meeting timelines.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Contribute to existing and develop new analyses capability as part of continuous improvement.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span Requirements:</b></span></span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Minimum 5 years of CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) experience.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Experience in modal, point mobility, and acoustic analysis.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Experience in strength, stiffness and stress (including thermal) in linear and nonlinear (material and contact) domains.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Experience in size, shape, and other optimization analysis using optimization tools.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Strong fundamental knowledge in strength of materials and failure theory for metals and composites and vibration concepts.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Strong aptitude in modeling and simulation with ability to solve engineering problems.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Good understanding of kinematics, static, and dynamics.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Advanced software skills in finite element pre-processors, solvers, and post-processors (Altair Hyperworks, ANSA & META, NASTRAN, ABAQUS, OPTISTRUCT, ANSYS, nCode) and Finite Element Method Fatigue (FEMFAT).</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Good verbal and written communication skills.</span></span></span></li></ul><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;"><b>Preferred Requirements:</b></span></span></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering specializing in structural dynamics and mechanics, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), or fatigue theory, noise and vibration, and 3 years of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) experience.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident allowing for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliance.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Experience in advanced simulation tools such as Simcenter  Amesim, and application in autonomous and electric vehicles.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Experience with full vehicle ‘CAE to Test’ correlation.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Experience with performance optimization and trade-off evaluations for multi-body systems. </span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height:115%;">Experience with suspension and powertrain integration into vehicles using CAE techniques.</span></span></span></li><li><span style="font-size:12px;"><span
