About the Role
Title: Service Analyst (Aftermarket/Service Parts)
Pay Rate: $28.85/hr
Location: Canton, MI
The Service Analyst is responsible for releasing and managing requirements and availability of materials for production of service orders, as well as maintaining inventory levels for the service parts organization. This role will maintain and adhere to the IATF 16949 requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure all customer requirements are met in a timely manner
Manage part availability, and schedule and fulfill customer orders from multiple OEMs worldwide
Pull service releases from customers (via EDI, supplier web sites, fax, etc.)
Control incoming/outgoing service shipments
Ensure DDL/SNC Maintenance for the Ford Customer Service Division
Achieve inventory dollars, availability, and turn objectives
Maintain shared responsibility of picturing/packaging all service orders
Perform cycle counting (inventory control) of all service components
Direct and assign priorities to hourly service team personnel
Position Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant industry experience
Experience with releasing and forecasting in DDL (Ford)
Knowledge of MRP systems, preferably SAP
Knowledge of shipping/receiving protocols
Detail-oriented and self-directed, with the ability to prioritize multiple demands
Ability to work cross-functionally with several organizations, as well as internal departments
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
