Senior Associate – Construction Disputes

This leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate (5+PQE) to join its highly regarded Construction Disputes team in London. The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-value contentious matters, acting for both private and public sector clients across sectors including real estate, infrastructure, and social housing.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in contentious construction law, ideally gained at a major UK or international law firm. You will advise on all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, adjudication, and arbitration, as well as dispute avoidance and risk management. Experience with complex defect disputes, contractual interpretation, professional negligence claims, and knowledge of the Building Safety Act will be highly regarded. Familiarity with standard form contracts such as JCT, NEC and FIDIC is essential.
