Role Summary The Intersect Group is seeking for a Senior Analysts to support analytics, trend evaluation, data validation, and cross-functional partnership within a rapidly growing team. In this role, you will monitor key performance indicators, pull and validate daily data, analyze patterns, support ad-hoc analytical needs, and work with business partners to translate findings into clear, actionable insights. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with both technical and non-technical teams are critical to success. Key Responsibilities Support ongoing ad hoc analytical requests across multiple business units. Pull, validate, and analyze daily datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability. Monitor pacing, budgets, and performance shifts within assigned workstreams. Identify trends and develop clear, digestible insights for leadership. Create and maintain dashboards, summaries, and tracking tools. Present findings to cross-functional partners in a clear, professional, and concise manner. Collaborate with product, analytics, and business stakeholders to improve reporting and streamline processes. Key Requirements Outstanding soft skills — strong communicator, confident, fast learner, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to tell a clear story from data. Advanced Excel skills — ability to pull, manipulate, clean, and structure data. SQL experience — able to perform basic joins, edit queries, and adjust logic (not required to build queries from scratch). Background in data analytics, insights, or trend analysis. Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Pluses SQL certification Experience in analytics-focused or data-heavy roles Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Why This Opportunity Work onsite at an exceptional corporate campus within a globally recognized brand.
