About the Role
The One Group are hiring for an Audit Associate to join an established, hugely successful accountancy practice in Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis.As an Associate, you will be responsible for working as part of a team to deliver statutory audit and other assurance engagements to clients. You will work as part of a team to deliver a uniquely personal and proactive service.Schedule: Monday - Friday 35 hours per weekResponsibilities: Work with an expansive and varied client base, including a number of large corporate clients and groups with turnover up to £500m Work on all aspects of statutory audit engagements, from planning through to completionInvolved in the preparation and review of group and single entity financial statements Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients Supervise, coach and develop new traineesRequirements: Studying towards your ACA/ACCA (2nd or 3rd year)Experience in an Audit role, or in an audit and accounts roleAbility to travel to client premisesBenefits: £34,000-£44,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualification level)Hybrid Working (up to 3 days from home per week)35 hour working week, with flexi time (core hours of 10am-4pm)Annual profit sharing bonus scheme25 days holiday + bank holidays Professional development opportunities & study support packagesIf you are interested in the role, would like more information and a confidential chat, please apply now and speak with Katherine Pearl at The One Group.
