The Opportunity

A well-established fit out contractor with a strong pipeline is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a warehouse fit-out project in North West London.

This is a great opportunity to work on a fast-paced industrial scheme, overseeing site activities and ensuring efficient coordination of trades during the fit-out phase.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site operations on a warehouse fit-out project alongside the Site Manager.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and deliveries on site.
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations.
- Monitor progress and report updates to the Site Manager / Project Manager.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure works meet specifications.
- Assist with site logistics, sequencing, and programme management.

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on warehouse, industrial, or fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of site coordination and fast-track project delivery.
- SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (essential).
- First Aid certification (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain site efficiency.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
