Head of Finance – Europe & Joint Ventures

Our client is a fast-growing real estate investment business with a £2bn+ portfolio spanning the UK and Continental Europe. With a lean, entrepreneurial culture and ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a Head of Finance  to support the continued evolution of the finance function.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take ownership of European portfolio finance, joint venture reporting and key commercial finance activities, acting as a trusted number two within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and control across the European portfolio.
• Manage JV reporting, forecasting and stakeholder relationships.
• Support budgeting, business planning and commercial decision-making.
• Partner with investment and asset management teams on acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Enhance finance processes, controls and reporting capability.

Candidate Profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified.
• Strong real estate, property investment or REIT experience.
• Experience managing complex structures and joint ventures.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Yardi experience highly desirable.
