Position: Commercial Property Cleanup Technician
Location: Battle Ground, WA
Pay: $20/hour (starting)
Schedule:
- Start Date: Monday 4/13/26
- Time: Arrive before 8:00 AM for walkthrough
- Duration: 2–3 hours per visit (hours may vary)
- Frequency: TBD
Who We Are:
Our client is a local commercial property owner/HOA business managing multiple properties in town, focused on maintaining clean, professional environments for tenants and visitors.
What You’ll Do:
- Blow debris and trash into designated areas using a rechargeable backpack blower
- Pick up trash manually or with grabber tools
- Assist with post-cleanup debrief (feedback on efficiency, improvements, and future needs)
- Potential for additional responsibilities / job opportunities based on skill level and performance

What You Need to Have:
- Ability to follow instructions and operate basic equipment

The Musts:
- Show up on time (before 8:00 AM)
- Professional appearance (well-fitting clothing, boots required, no overly casual attire)
- No drug use / not under the influence
- Clean background check
- Good attitude and reliability
Preferred:
- Experience with:
- Power washing
- Parking lot striping
- General contractor environments (5+ years)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage or coordinate work (advanced candidates)
- Clean driving record
