Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Overview:
Our client, a reputable and forward-thinking estate agency based in Coventry, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants, providing a professional and friendly service at all times

• Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing accurate and engaging information to potential tenants

• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, maintaining regular contact and delivering high levels of customer service

• Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties

• Manage and update property listings across various platforms to ensure maximum exposure

• Ensure all tenancies are compliant with current legislation and company procedures

• Support with tenancy progression including referencing, drafting tenancy agreements, and move-in coordination

• Maintain accurate records on internal systems and provide administrative support to the lettings team as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a lettings or sales negotiator role (preferred but not essential)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven

• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• A good knowledge of the Coventry rental market is advantageous
