You’ll be part of a dynamic on-site team focused on creating a vibrant and welcoming rental community.
As Lettings Negotiator, you will take ownership of the resident journey from initial enquiry through to move-in, while also supporting key lettings administration processes to ensure a seamless and compliant operation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming enquiries and conduct viewings for prospective residents
- Convert leads into successful lettings through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Manage the full lettings process from application through to move-in
- Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Carry out referencing, Right to Rent checks, and ensure full compliance at all stages
- Coordinate move-ins, ensuring apartments are ready and all paperwork is complete
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and property management systems
- Support renewals and resident retention activity
- Respond to resident enquiries in a professional, timely, and solution-focused manner
- Assist with lettings reporting, occupancy tracking, and pipeline management
- Work closely with on-site teams to ensure a smooth and positive resident experience
Your Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings, Build to Rent, PBSA, or residential property
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end lettings process and compliance requirements
- Confident communicator with a strong customer service approach
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proactive, professional, and personable approach
- Comfortable using CRM systems and property management software
