Maintenance Mechanic/Food Processing

In this role, you will perform repairs and maintenance tasks on food production equipment, freezers, and facility systems in an orderly, timely, and cost-conscious manner.<br /> Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p> <ul> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on all food processing equipment, including mechanical and electrical components</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Maintain equipment productivity to minimize downtime and ensure production schedules are met</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Complete tasks within designated time frames to maximize bakery output</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Respond to maintenance and line stoppage calls promptly and efficiently</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Provide emergency repairs as needed</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with GMPs and federal/state safety regulations</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance calls, and preventive maintenance reports</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Prepare detailed parts requests and provide technical assistance to the engineering management team</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Perform duties across all areas of the maintenance department as assigned</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Experience &amp; Qualifications:</span></span></p> <ul> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food production environment</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Experience with production line equipment maintenance preferred</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Electrical knowledge preferred; LME (Limited Maintenance Electrician) license strongly preferred</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and maintain accurate records</span></span></li> <li style="margin: 0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">Flexible, quick learner, and committed to safety and teamwork</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Aptos,sans-serif">&nbsp;#INDBOI<br /> &nbsp;</span></span></p> <p><span style="color: #ffffff"></span></p> <p><span style="color: #ffffff">BR-Boise</span></p> <h4><strong><a id="otherId" href="https://jobs.atlasstaffing.com/job/17640">To Apply for this Job Click Here</a></strong></h4>
