As a Senior ETD Derivatives Product Development Lead – Clearing Services, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution specializing in derivatives and clearing services. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic upgrades, regulatory enhancements, and functional releases of the ETD execution platform, supporting the client’s growth and compliance objectives. Your main responsibilities: Lead the delivery of ETD Execution product upgrades, regulatory controls, and functional releases as a Product Owner. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to define and refine product offerings and exchange operating models. Drive the front-to-back development schedule, ensuring seamless integration of functional requirements and timely delivery. Document, monitor, and report on platform upgrades, regulatory changes, and new product launches weekly. Develop and oversee the operating model design for each release, ensuring all impacted parties understand their roles. Establish effective controls and documentation to meet regulatory and compliance standards. Manage product launches, ensuring thorough testing, sign-off, and deployment within scope and timelines. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align on specifications, delivery timelines, and process improvements. Ensure operational controls are in place before go-live, including reconciliation and compliance checks. You're ideal for this role if you have: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) business or related operational processes at a financial institution. Proven expertise working with ETD IT systems such as TT, UL, or similar platforms. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex IT projects. Excellent business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities. Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively. Fluency in English – both spoken and written. It is a strong plus if you have: Experience with ETD algo trading. Knowledge of industry standards and involvement in industry/vendor forums. Certifications or additional training in project management or derivatives trading. Language required for the role: Fluent English (spoken and written).
