Senior M&A Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including financial statement analysis and schedule preparation
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of the financial data used in due diligence processes
• Participate in meetings and calls with management and clients
• Build financial models and Excel databooks for reports
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare earnings reports
• Evaluate historical financials and operational trends, identifying sustainable earnings
• Prepare reconciliations and reports related to financial statements
• Research and analyze accounting documentation and policies
• Apply accounting policies and procedures appropriately
• Demonstrate curiosity and proactively seek information supporting continuous growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 5+ years of transaction advisory or audit experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
