We take pride in our dedication to client and candidate care, ensuring the highest standards of recruitment.<br> <br>As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a vital part in our operations, with responsibilities including:<br><ul><li>Advert Writing: Create engaging and professional job adverts tailored to attract top-tier candidates for schools.</li><li>Pre-screening Candidates: Conduct detailed phone interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.</li><li>CV Writing and Profile Creation: Help candidates showcase their skills and experiences effectively by tailoring CVs and building comprehensive profiles.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet strict safeguarding and legal requirements, maintaining our commitment to safety and integrity.</li><li>Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in our database.</li><li>Interview Preparation: Provide candidates with tailored support, ensuring they feel confident and ready for interviews.</li><li>Client and Candidate Care: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, offering ongoing support to both schools and candidates.</li></ul> <br>We’re seeking someone who:<br><ul><li>Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrates outstanding organisational and time management abilities.</li><li>Is confident working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.</li><li>Ideally, has experience in recruitment, education, or customer service (but we’re open to training the right candidate).</li></ul> <br>How to Apply<br>If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, we’d love to hear from you.
