We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer (Java+React) for one of our clients.

Start is required from September or October.

The project is scheduled to continue until the end of the year, with a possible extension, although this is not guaranteed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience (for Mid-level candidates) or 5+ years of experience (for Senior candidates) in building full-stack applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring / Spring Boot framework.
  • Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript (or modern JavaScript ES6+).
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches, such as CSS Modules, Styled Components, and SASS/SCSS.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Practical experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
  • Proficiency with Git version control, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
  • Excellent command of English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, including both back-end services and user interfaces, using Java/Spring and React.
  • Integrating front-end applications with back-end microservices through REST APIs and collaborating on the design of the overall system architecture.
  • Writing clean, secure, and testable code, as well as actively participating in code reviews.
  • Working within a cross-functional Agile/Scrum team to deliver new features and enhancements.
  • Ensuring application performance by optimizing database queries and improving front-end responsiveness and loading times.

  • B2B: Senior up to 170 PLN net/h
  • B2B: Mid up to 150 PLN net/h

Project Details

  • Client's product provides access to the world's largest vehicle history database, helping users make informed decisions before purchasing a car. The application allows you to verify key information about a vehicle, including reported accidents, damage records, mileage history, and theft reports. Vehicle history data is collected from more than 30 countries, giving users a comprehensive overview of their future car's background and condition. In general, the app is focused on expanding and enhancing its products for automotive dealerships and business customers, rather than solely targeting individual consumers.
  • Successful candidates will join the the team; however, the specific projects, responsibilities, and features they will work on will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Recruitment process

  • Recruiter screening - 25-30 min phone call.
  • Technical interview with the hiring manager and a team member - there will be no live coding session, but you should expect technical questions related to your experience and expertise.
  • Culture fit interview - a more conversational meeting with the hiring manager and HR, focused on communication skills, teamwork, and alignment with the company's values and culture.
