Electrical Supervisor – Sunbury £48,000 | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm We’re recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join a busy, high-profile site in Sunbury. This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for a strong Lead Engineer ready to step up, or an experienced Supervisor who still enjoys being on the tools. You’ll be overseeing a team of 4 Electrical Engineers (once fully staffed), while remaining actively involved in day-to-day engineering tasks. The Role Lead and support a team of 4 electrical engineers Allocate works and provide technical guidance Remain predominantly hands-on in the role Support and coordinate planned works and shutdowns Ensure high standards of safety, compliance and performance on site Optional participation in on-call rota There is a strong emphasis on attitude and leadership style — we’re looking for someone who can positively manage and motivate a team while leading from the front. What We’re Looking For Strong electrical background within building services / facilities maintenance Ideally LV authorised or experience working with LV systems Experience supporting or managing shutdowns Previous supervisory or Lead Engineer experience (or ready to step up) Professional, team-focused approach with strong communication skills Additional training and qualifications will be supported for the right candidate.
