About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Design Specialist who balances creative precision with operational expertise. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand standards, translating marketing and communications briefs into high-quality designs that are both visually compelling and perfectly aligned with our established brand identity.
Beyond the screen, you will act as a technical consultant for our print production. You’ll leverage your expertise to recommend cost-effective design setups and ensure every file is flawlessly prepared for the press. Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to requests via email for graphic design support.
Confirm job details, due date, and delivery method.
Consult the requestor by offering the most cost-effective design method/print.
Transform written requests into visually appealing and accurate designs.
Maintain brand stewardship by ensuring a consistent and accurate corporate identity in all materials.
Stay up to date with all brand standards.
Print the fully approved deliverable, including any required finishing work.
Work closely with the print production and mail room team coworkers.
Must be proficient with all required software and mail merge process.
Will be required to cross train in other services provided onsite, including print production and mail services.
Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and In Design required.
5+ years experience in a graphics specialist in corporate environment.
