About the Role

Are you compassionate, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in people’s lives? As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative in one of our Tucson call center jobs, you’ll assist patients and members with questions about their health plans, medical bills, prescriptions, and more.

In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls on behalf of a major healthcare provider or insurance company. You’ll help callers understand their benefits, schedule appointments, update account details, and navigate claims or billing questions. You’ll be a trusted guide during moments that matter and we’ll set you up for success with paid training before you take your first call.
