I'm currently working exclusively with a fast-growing boutique strategy consultancy that's looking to hire a Senior Consultant to join its expanding Digital Strategy team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial challenges, working directly with clients and wants to be at the forefront of how AI is transforming strategic decision-making within the life sciences industry.

Everything you need to know about the role

You'll join a highly collaborative consulting team that partners with many of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, delivering strategic advisory work across a range of commercial and business-critical projects.

The business has experienced significant growth over the past few years and has built an excellent reputation for combining deep consulting expertise with innovative AI-enabled approaches to solving client problems.

This is a genuinely client-facing role where you'll take ownership of projects, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and help shape strategic recommendations that influence key business decisions.

Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit

As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead strategic consulting engagements from start to finish, working alongside consultants, AI specialists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.

Projects may include:

• Commercial and brand strategy
• AI-enabled insight generation
• Product launch strategy
• Customer and market understanding
• Business transformation
• Strategic workshops and stakeholder facilitation
• Market opportunity assessments
• Commercial decision support

You'll have the opportunity to lead workstreams, manage client relationships, facilitate workshops and present recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who enjoy solving business problems and are passionate about helping clients make better strategic decisions.

You could come from a background in:

• Strategy Consulting
• Healthcare Consulting
• Pharmaceutical Market Research
• Competitive Intelligence
• Commercial Strategy
• Insights & Analytics

You'll ideally have:

• Experience leading multiple client projects simultaneously
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or life sciences
• A genuine interest in AI and how it's shaping the future of consulting

Previous AI experience isn't essential. What's more important is having the curiosity and consulting mindset to embrace new technologies and apply them to real client challenges.
