About the Role
An exciting and incredible opportunity has arisen for a proactive and highly professional Receptionist, who is happy to take on additional administrative responsibilities within this growing firm. You'll be joining a dynamic and expanding office environment. Based on the front office, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors, including VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. The firm is looking for a receptionist who will be the hub of information.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an ASAP start, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys being at the heart of the office.
You'll have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a receptionist, ideally within the investment sector or professional services.
Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for all guests and visitors
Manage the reception desk and front office operations in a team of 2, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings and schedules
Assist with the organisation of internal and external events, including client meetings and team functions
Support executives with travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries in a professional manner
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or team assistant role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional approach
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
This will be an early start.
