Senior HR Manager / HR Manager - Real EstateLocation: Nine Elms, South West London Salary: Competitive + benefits Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Contract: PermanentThe OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager / HR Manager to join a growing and fast-paced organisation.This is a key role acting as a trusted partner to the business, responsible for delivering a full generalist HR service while also supporting aspects of office management. You will play an important role in shaping people strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring best practice across all areas of HR.This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions through to onboardingPartnering with hiring managers to support effective recruitment and workforce planningDesigning and delivering learning and development initiatives to support both compliance and employee growthLeading on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and performance managementSupporting and driving performance review processes across the businessEnsuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant with current UK employment legislationManaging employee benefits and wellbeing initiativesMaintaining accurate and confidential HR recordsSupporting day-to-day office management and administrative operationsProviding general HR support across the business as requiredAbout YouYou will be a confident and hands-on HR professional with strong generalist experience and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.Key requirements:Proven experience in a HR Manager or HR Business Partner role within the UKStrong experience managing employee relations cases end-to-endSolid understanding of UK employment law and its practical applicationExperience across the full employee lifecycleProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with a strong sense of ownershipDesirable:Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related fieldCIPD qualificationAdditional language skills (e.g. Mandarin)Why Apply?Opportunity to play a key role in a growing organisationVaried position combining strategic HR and operational deliveryExposure to a multicultural and fast-paced working environmentScope to make a real impact and shape HR practicesSupportive environment with opportunities for developmentIf you're looking for a broad, hands-on HR role where you can add real value and take ownership, we'd love to hear from you.
