You’ll define and deliver the platform strategy, maximise performance, and build a high-performing team that consistently creates engaging, platform-native content.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to combine <strong>editorial instinct, data-driven thinking, deep platform expertise, and strong people leadership</strong> to ensure our Snapchat output remains innovative, scalable, and commercially impactful.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p><strong>Platform Growth &amp; Performance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own and deliver the Snapchat growth strategy, including <strong>audience growth, engagement, retention, watch time, and revenue targets</strong></p></li><li><p>Set clear <strong>performance goals and KPIs</strong> aligned with wider business objectives</p></li><li><p>Use platform analytics and insights to optimise content and test new formats</p></li><li><p>Stay ahead of <strong>Snapchat platform updates, trends, and best practices</strong></p></li><li><p>Work closely with platform partners to identify growth opportunities and feature adoption</p></li></ul><p><strong>Content &amp; IP Strategy</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the development of a <strong>long-term, audience-first Snapchat content strategy</strong></p></li><li><p>Build and evolve a strong <strong>IP strategy</strong>, including:</p><ul><li><p>Identifying scalable, repeatable content formats</p></li><li><p>Developing new franchises and refreshing existing IP</p></li><li><p>Ensuring IP aligns with brand identity and commercial opportunities</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Balance <strong>trend-led reactive content</strong> with planned evergreen formats</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong editorial standards across all output</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with wider editorial and social teams to align content and IP where appropriate</p></li></ul><p><strong>People &amp; Team Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Line-manage the Snapchat team and foster a <strong>positive, inclusive, high-performance culture</strong></p></li><li><p>Set clear expectations, goals, and development plans for team members</p></li><li><p>Coach and mentor the team to strengthen creative, editorial, and platform skills</p></li><li><p>Support career development through <strong>regular feedback, performance reviews, and training opportunities</strong></p></li><li><p>Encourage experimentation and innovation while maintaining accountability</p></li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with leadership teams to support <strong>revenue opportunities and brand identity</strong></p></li><li><p>Contribute to wider social and editorial strategy discussions, sharing Snapchat insights</p></li><li><p>Support <strong>new launches, pilots, and cross-platform initiatives</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Essential</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience <strong>managing a Snapchat account or team at scale</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of Snapchat’s <strong>content ecosystem, audience behaviour, and analytics</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience developing and managing <strong>successful content IP</strong></p></li><li><p>Demonstrated <strong>people management and leadership</strong> experience</p></li><li><p>Ability to balance <strong>creative vision with data-led optimisation</strong></p></li><li><p>Excellent <strong>communication and stakeholder management</strong> skills</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desirable</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in a <strong>digital media, publisher, or social-first environment</strong></p></li><li><p>Understanding of <strong>commercial content and brand partnerships</strong></p></li><li><p>Experience <strong>scaling teams or launching new content verticals</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 3 days per week.</strong></p><p><strong>LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
