Scope
At Ingenico, we are entering a decisive phase of our global Finance transformation. To ensure we keep full ownership of our end-to-end processes while partnering with Genpact on business process outsourcing for our finance operations, we are appointing Global Process Owners (GPOs) for RTR.
This is a unique opportunity for Finance professionals who want to influence how a global organization operates — and to play a central role in standardization, simplification, digitalization, and performance.
GPOs don’t run the process — they design how it should run. They are process leaders, change enablers and strategic business partners.

Main responsibilities
As a Global Process Owner, you will own the end-to-end process design and governance for your stream (RTR). You will work closely with Genpact GPOs and transformation teams, Ingenico regional Finance teams, cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Admin, Procurement, Operations, Internal Control, IT…), and Group Finance leadership. You will :
Own global RTR process design, standards, and governance
Drive performance through KPIs and continuous improvement
Design and standardize end-to-end processes with a “one way of working” mindset
Ensure compliance, internal controls, and risk management
Enable automation, digital solutions, and data-driven decision-making
Lead change and engage global stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations
Build capabilities through training, knowledge sharing, and process discipline
What you bring
Strong RTR expertise or proven Finance transformation experience
Experience in process design, standardization, and continuous improvement
Strong SAP knowledge; exposure to automation tools (Blackline/Trintech a plus)
Solid understanding of reporting, consolidation, internal controls, and compliance
Fluent English
(Experience working with a BPO is a plus)
