FF&E Designer

About Archibat HR is seeking an FF&E Designer for an International Architectural Design Firm to be based in Singapore. The creative and detail-oriented FF&E Designer will be responsible for selecting and specifying all furniture, fixtures, and equipment to create functional, stylish, and cohesive interiors for hospitality and residential projects. Job description Responsibilities – Design & Sourcing: Select and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and equipment. – Budget Management: Develop and manage FF&E budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions. – Supplier Coordination: Work with local and international suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors. – Documentation: Prepare detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and procurement lists. – Collaboration: Work closely with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and clients to align with design vision and timelines. – Site Coordination: Oversee installation and ensure quality and compliance with design intent. Required profile Requirements – Experience: 5+ years in FF&E design, preferably within hospitality, high-end residential, or commercial sectors. – Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing FF&E projects and knowledge of materials, vendors, and trends. Skills: – Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. – Knowledge of local Singapore suppliers and Asian market sources. – Strong communication and project coordination skills. – Attributes: Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
