Location: Canterbury
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 basic (OTE £40,000 - £45,000+)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Lettings Branch Manager to lead a successful branch and take ownership of its performance. This is an exciting opportunity to run your branch as if it were your own, managing a team, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring strong financial performance
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Generate new business and grow the lettings portfolio
  • Provide expert advice on the local property market
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential lettings
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits
  • Basic salary of £28,000 - £29,000
  • Uncapped commission structure (OTE £40,000 - £45,000+)
