<p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth across our B2B services. You will identify and win new business, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.</p>
<p>Freight forwarding experience is an advantage, but strong B2B sales experience in professional or service-led environments is the priority.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Develop tailored value propositions and proposals aligned with client needs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline reports and forecasts.</li>
<li>Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.</li>
<li>Support the creation of marketing and sales collateral for business development campaigns.</li>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (logistics, transport, supply chain or related services preferred).</li>
<li>Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Confident engaging C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.</li>
<li>Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.</li>
<li>Freight forwarding or logistics knowledge advantageous but not essential.</li>
<li>Comfortable with data analysis, forecasting, and market insights.</li>
<li>UK-based with the ability to travel to clients and events as needed.</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence preferred.</li>
