The Global Sourcing Team is responsible for managing supplier relationships and driving cost-saving initiatives across indirect spend categories. As an Indirect Sourcing Intern, you will support the Indirect Category Team in daily activities and ongo-ing projects in the Category of IT & Digital, Consulting and Travel. This internship offers hands-on exposure to procurement processes, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of global indirect sourcing strategies across selected spend categories;
- Take ownership of specific Request for Quotation activities, supporting the full sourcing process from tender preparation and supplier engagement to evaluation, negotiation, award and contract finalization;
- Help identify sourcing opportunities at global and local level, with a focus on cost optimization, supplier-base rationalization and process improvement;
- Support the design, standardization and digitalization of sourcing processes for Indirect Procurement and Services;
- Gain hands-on experience with SAP Ariba by supporting the implementation of Sourcing and Catalog solutions;
- Contribute to the achievement of team savings targets and key Sourcing KPIs;
- Work closely with international stakeholders on cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives;
- Interact with suppliers and internal teams to support alignment, service quality and continuous performance improvement;
- Develop practical experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, supplier management and procurement digitalization within an international environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Political Science;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong interest in procurement, Indirect Sourcing;
- Good analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team environment;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
