Key Responsibilities: • Support individual students in their learning and daily activities, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment. • Implement personalized learning plans and strategies that enhance academic and social progress. • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to monitor student development and adapt support as necessary. • Promote positive behaviour management techniques, encouraging students to engage effectively within the classroom setting. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders about their needs and achievements.
