Affiliate Manager to join their team

Responsibilities: - Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a robust affiliate marketing strategy for Canada and the EU.
- Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates and media partners.
- Platform Mastery: Manage and optimize the affiliate tracking software (MyAffiliates).
- Growth: Negotiate deals (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid) and monitor ROI to ensure sustainable growth.
- Leadership: Take the lead in deciding how the department grows. You have the creative freedom to hire a team or outsource tasks to experts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the in-house designer to create high-converting marketing assets.
Requirements: - Experienced: You have a proven track record as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry.
- Autonomous: You thrive in a remote environment and don't need a micromanager to tell you what to do.
- Analytical: You make decisions based on data and know how to optimize funnels.
- Communicative: Fluent in English. You are a natural negotiator who builds long-term relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with crypto payment landscapes (experience is a plus, but not a must).
