About the Role

<p>AA Euro Group are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a residential main contractor based in central London, this is a full-time permanent position working on a £125M residential development in East London.</p> <p>Experience &amp; Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience working on large-scale residential schemes.</li> <li>Experience managing projects with labour levels exceeding 400 personnel and 3040 subcontractors at peak.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Procore.</li> <li>Demonstrated commercial awareness and the ability to manage staff effectively.</li> <li>Granted the autonomy to hire and remove staff as required to maintain project standards.</li> </ul> <p>Key Skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to plan works, complete detailed look-ahead, and ensure all materials and labour are secured in advance.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills to manage staff, ensuring all team members understand their roles and perform tasks in accordance with the programme.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all professional levels.</li> <li>High level of attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Ability to work to tight deadlines and consistently achieve project targets.</li> <li>Confident in leading and chairing meetings, including the production of effective meeting minutes.</li> <li>Experience in professional liaison with client teams.</li> <li>Competence in coordinating with logistics teams and contractor supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <p>Operational Actions</p> <ul> <li>Chair weekly coordination meetings with all applicable contractor supervisors.</li> <li>Ensure clear actions are established for subcontractors for upcoming periods and escalate issues to the Project Manager when necessary.</li> <li>Review and formally sign off on site diaries.</li> <li>Write comprehensive internal and external meeting minutes.</li> <li>Dropline and review the construction programme to provide accurate look-ahead.</li> <li>Collaborate with other site members to resolve daily issues and settle disputes.</li> <li>Liaise with the commercial and design teams to ensure all necessary information is available for subcontractors to complete their works.</li> <li>Work with the site Health &amp; Safety officer to ensure safety rules are adhered to and high standards of housekeeping are maintained.</li> <li>Ensure the site team maintains accurate daily records.</li> <li>Carry out weekly reviews of Procore to ensure site inspections meet high quality standards.</li> <li>Liaise with the Q&amp;E Manager to set out site inspection forms and oversee the general running of Quality Assurance for the entire site.</li> <li>Liaise with and oversee the Temporary Works Coordinator.</li> <li>Lead site inspection walkarounds for Building Control, Warranty providers, and the Clerk of Works.</li> <li>Review and approve staff timesheets.</li> <li>Oversee site logistics, including setup and any necessary changes.</li> <li>Attend &#8220;dabs&#8221; meetings as required to ensure staff are running meetings effectively.</li> <li>Contribute to daily briefings to ensure all works are planned and coordinated between all parties.</li> <li>Provide input into subcontractor packages and scopes of work to ensure all items are included.</li> </ul> <p></p>
