This is a full-time role with paid training, consistent work, and a clear path to a company van and Lead Technician position.<br><br>

<li>Perform pressure washing on driveways, walkways, siding, patios, and exterior surfaces<br><br>
</li>
<li>Safely operate professional-grade equipment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Communicate with homeowners or property staff before and after service<br><br>
</li>
<li>Document completed work using a company tablet<br><br>
</li>
<li>Maintain tools, hoses, and equipment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Cross-train into additional home maintenance services<br><br>
</li>
