One of the most meaningful pieces of career advice I’ve received is to always lead with authenticity and focus on building genuine relationships. In the beauty industry, creating trust and connection is just as important as driving results. My experience here has helped sharpen my ability to listen, communicate clearly, and adapt to different situations with empathy and professionalism. These experiences have allowed me to approach my work with purpose while continuing to growth as both a leader and team collaborator.
Outside of work, what’s important to you; and how does CVS Health support you in showing up for the people and activities that matter most?
Outside of work, spending time with family, and maintaining personal wellness are very important to me. CVS Health has supported me by creating an environment that values work life balance, inclusion, and personal development. Through the opportunities and experiences, I’ve gained, I have become more confident in my ability to connect with others, manage responsibilities effectively, and lead with empathy. The skills I’ve developed at CVS Health have strengthened not only my career but also the way I show up for the people in my everyday life.
What is something people might be surprised to learn about your work and its impact?
Something people might be surprised to learn is how much adaptability and strategic collaboration goes into my role as a Beauty Sales Coordinator. During my time with CVS Health, my territory has been realigned multiple times, including markets in Sandiego, Texas and Las Vegas. Through each transition, I was able to demonstrate measurable improvement and growth across all territories. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, relationship building, and problem-solving skills while allowing me to make a positive impact on both store teams and business performance.
