About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Capital Markets Consulting practice in Warsaw. In this role, you will oversee complex programs and manage portfolios of projects – driving strategic alignment between delivery outcomes and client business objectives. You will supervise Managers and project teams, lead executive-level stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the commercial growth of the practice. This is a hybrid position, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility. Requirements:8–15 years of relevant experience in consulting, capital markets, or financial services transformation Deep understanding of trading businesses across fixed income, FX, derivatives, and structured portfolios Strategic understanding of trading platform capabilities (Calypso, Kondor+, or Murex) within capital markets architecture Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stream programs Strong financial acumen – budgeting, margin management, and forecasting Executive stakeholder management skills – ability to navigate organizational and political complexity Demonstrated success in business development and account expansion Experience managing multiple teams and project portfolios Ability to evaluate target operating models at enterprise level Fluent English (written and verbal) Nice to have:Experience overseeing multi-module and multi-entity trading platform implementations Track record of originating and closing new consulting business Recognized expertise within capital markets or financial services consulting Experience with regulatory strategy and its impact on platform decisions Main responsibilities:Oversee multiple concurrent capital markets projects or large-scale transformation programs Ensure strategic alignment of delivery outcomes with client business objectives Supervise and manage performance of Managers and broader project teams Lead executive-level presentations and steering committees Manage financial performance of engagements – revenue, margin, and resource utilization Drive risk governance across projects and programs Lead business development activities – proposal development, commercial negotiations, and account growth Assess platform suitability, integration complexity, and system scalability at program level Shape service offerings and solution frameworks within the Capital Markets practice Mentor and develop high-potential talent, including succession planning
