Commercial Agency Negotiator

<p><span>We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced<strong> Commercial Agency Negotiator </strong>to join Whybrow, part of the Beresfords Group, and undertake work throughout Essex.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Whybrow are specialists in commercial property based in Essex and are looking to further expand our team across the South East, East Anglia and Greater London. As a specialist in Commercial property, we provide services in Commercial Lettings, Surveying, Valuations and Property Management for our client.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Duties (including but not limited to):</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Working closely with the commercial agency director to grow the department and business.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Preparing commercial property listings and marketing</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Working closely with clients to understand their needs and source commercial property to meet their requirements</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Facilitating negotiations on contractual agreements and leases</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Handling general enquiries in person, as well as via the phone and email.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Undertaking viewings and negotiations</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Essential:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>You must have experience in the property sector, preferably within the Essex area.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Full UK driving license</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Highly organised and able to work under pressure, and to deadlines.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Desirable:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Previous experience in the Commercial property sector would be desirable</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Chartered Surveying, RICS qualified would be advantageous but not essential</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Location</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Our main Whybrow office is based in Colchester; however, we are looking to expand the team outside of the Colchester area across Essex.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>In addition to competitive rates of pay, we offer a range of additional benefits, including but not limited to:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Car Allowance / Company Car</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>On site, free parking</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Company Pension</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Referral Scheme</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Career Progression</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Professional development and qualifications</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Hours of Work</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.</span></p>
