The Project You’ll be embedded on a large, technically complex data centre build, working alongside experienced project, engineering, and commercial teams. This is a career-defining project within one of Europe’s fastest-growing data centre markets. The Role – Senior Planner As Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in the planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring of the project from early stages through to completion. You’ll work closely with site and senior management, providing clear, data-driven insight to support decision-making and programme certainty. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage contract and construction programmesProduce monthly progress reports, look-aheads, and recovery schedulesMonitor progress trends, outputs, and resource allocationSupport tender and live project planning requirementsCollaborate with project teams on sequencing, logistics, and phasingCarry out short- and medium-term programme reviewsIdentify programme risk and propose mitigation strategiesChallenge construction methodologies to drive efficiency and improvementBuild strong working relationships with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders About YouDegree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar5 years’ experience in a Planning role with a main contractorProven experience on data centre projectsStrong proficiency in Primavera P6Advanced Excel and reporting skillsAnalytical, detail-focused, and solutions-drivenConfident communicator able to challenge and influence senior teamsWilling to work long-term in Frankfurt What’s on OfferSalary: €110,000 (DOE)Company vehicle or travel allowanceRelocation and accommodation support (where applicable)Pension schemeLife insurance & income protectionLaptop & phoneContinuous Professional Development (CPD)Long-term European project pipelineClear progression to Lead Planner / Planning Manager Why Apply?
