About the Role
<p style="margin: 0px;">PURPOSE STATEMENT:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">Responsible for the delivery and implementation of behavioral health or recovery programs within a facility.</p><br><p style="margin: 0px;">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Provide patient care to include coordinating activities, providing companionship and assisting with basic daily needs (dressing, bathing, eating).</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Collaborate with treatment team members to assist with patient treatment and/or care goals.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· May serve as a co-lead for groups.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Monitor the daily well-being of patients and identify need for social intervention.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Ensure all documentation regarding the program, such as care, treatment or incidents, is completed in a clear, concise, professional and completed in a timely manner.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.</p><p style="margin: 0px;">OTHER FUNCTIONS:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.</p><br><p style="margin: 0px;">EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p><p style="margin: 0px;">· High School diploma or equivalent required.
