Project Manager What we
are looking for

Branchspace works with major travel brands, including airlines, to design and deliver world-class digital applications.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role based at our growing office in Kraków, Poland.

We're looking for someone who combines strong execution skills with a collaborative mindset. You enjoy coordinating cross-functional teams, making informed decisions in complex environments, and keeping projects moving forward with clarity, transparency, and predictable outcomes.

What the
role involves

1. Delivery Governance, Budget & Timeline Control

Owning project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, risks, and forecasts, ensuring predictable execution and transparent reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.

2. Product & Architecture Alignment

Driving alignment between customer needs, product strategy, and engineering decisions to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while maximising the use of core product capabilities.

3. Cross-Functional Team Management

Leading Agile delivery across Engineering, Product, QA, and Design teams by facilitating ceremonies, managing dependencies, removing blockers, and supporting effective resource planning.

4. Internal & Customer Delivery Alignment

Partnering with the Customer Delivery & Account Lead to align internal teams before customer commitments are made, ensuring clear communication, realistic planning, and effective change management.

5. Continuous Improvement & Customer Feedback

Championing iterative delivery by coordinating product demonstrations, translating customer feedback into actionable priorities, and driving continuous improvement across delivery processes and product evolution.

What experience is required

• 4-7+ years of project management experience in software delivery.

• Experience working on ecommerce, digital platforms, or airline/travel technologies.

• Strong familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, reporting dashboards).

• Demonstrated success managing T&M (Time & Materials) projects with complex stakeholder environments.

• Strong programme and project management experience in tech delivery.

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and backlog management.

• Solid understanding of SaaS, multi-tenant architecture, and cloud environments (ideally AWS).

• Ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams with differing priorities.

• Competence in financial management (T&M burn tracking, forecasting).

• Ability to interpret product constraints, technical dependencies, and architectural impact.

• Skilled in driving alignment across engineering, product, QA, and customer-facing teams.

• Capable of facilitating workshops, estimation sessions, and technical planning discussions.

• Adept at translating between business requirements and engineering execution criteria.
