About the Role
We’re working with one of the UK’s most prestigious 5-star country house hotels, home to an acclaimed 3 Rosette restaurant renowned for its refined dining and impeccable service. They’re now looking for an experienced Head Waiter to lead the front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional, personalised dining experience.

Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

£33,208 per annum plus circa £10,500 service charge
Staff accommodation is available if required

Responsibilities as the Head Waiter…
Leading the front-of-house team to deliver seamless, polished service in the hotel’s 3 Rosette restaurant
Ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalised hospitality with genuine warmth and professionalism
Supporting team training and mentoring to maintain high service standards
Coordinating smoothly with kitchen and management teams to create flawless dining experiences
Maintaining exceptional standards of organisation, presentation, and cleanliness on the floor
Bringing enthusiasm, leadership, and a passion for fine dining to every service
