About the Role
ARE YOU THE ONE? Ready to lead retail operations for one of the world’s most recognised brands? As a Senior Operations Manager you will lead the operational delivery and optimisation of our retail estate across the UK & Ireland, supporting excellence across more than 2,400 retail locations. In this leadership role, you’ll drive operational efficiency, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement while managing a high-performing team that delivers outstanding support to Samsung field teams and channel partners. Working closely with senior stakeholders, retail activations, project teams, agencies, and channel partners, you’ll develop and execute strategies that improve retail performance, strengthen operational execution, and enhance the customer and partner experience. WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO Lead the operational strategy across Samsung’s retail estate, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and commercial prioritiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and overall retail performanceDrive data-led decision making through clear analysis and commercially focused recommendationsManage agency performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligationsLead, mentor, and develop a team of Operations Managers, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing cultureBuild and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, channel partners, agencies, and third-party suppliersBe the subject matter expert for Samsung Knox & Retail Mode, ensuring device software and retail execution standards are maintainedAct as the senior escalation point for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication throughout ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
