Functieomschrijving

• Managing the AP mailbox and handling incoming invoices and vendor queries
• Processing and posting invoices in SAP S/4HANA
• Monitoring invoice flows and ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Responding to vendor questions regarding invoices and payment status (mainly via email)
• Supporting the wider finance team with basic AR tasks if needed

Profiel

• At least around 1 year of experience in finance (AP or similar)
• Hands-on experience with SAP is required (plug-and-play level)
• Experience with OCR tools is a plus, but not essential
• Comfortable in a repetitive, operational role
• Reliable, accurate and proactive attitude
• Open to both junior profiles and more experienced candidates available for a temporary assignment

Aanbod

• €50,- - €55,- per hour;
• Start: as soon as possible;
• Duration: 2 to 3 months;
• Workload: 32-40 hours per week;
• Location: fully remote possible;
• Equipment: provided by the client;
• Interview process: 1 online interview.
