Functieomschrijving
- Managing the AP mailbox and handling incoming invoices and vendor queries
- Processing and posting invoices in SAP S/4HANA
- Monitoring invoice flows and ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Responding to vendor questions regarding invoices and payment status (mainly via email)
- Supporting the wider finance team with basic AR tasks if needed
Profiel
- At least around 1 year of experience in finance (AP or similar)
- Hands-on experience with SAP is required (plug-and-play level)
- Experience with OCR tools is a plus, but not essential
- Comfortable in a repetitive, operational role
- Reliable, accurate and proactive attitude
- Open to both junior profiles and more experienced candidates available for a temporary assignment
Aanbod
- ā¬50,- - ā¬55,- per hour;
- Start: as soon as possible;
- Duration: 2 to 3 months;
- Workload: 32-40 hours per week;
- Location: fully remote possible;
- Equipment: provided by the client;
