A warm, discreet, and well-organised Houseman/Butler is sought by a friendly gentleman and his young daughter (50% of the time) This is a desirable and relaxed role, perfect for someone who enjoys structure and appreciates having regular downtime, as you are not required to work during all school holidays, when the family travels.

The family is respectful, tidy, and low-maintenance. You’ll be working alongside a housekeeper, so your role will be to fill in the gaps, assist with household operations, and ensure things run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Casual but professional serving of drinks and meals

• Light cooking (e.g. burgers, steak and chips, salads)

• Driving duties, including running errands and occasional pickups

• Restocking fridges, pantries, and cupboards

• Online shopping and inventory management

• Acting as a general point of support around the home

• Filling in when Housekeeper is off and perhaps putting in a laundry load for the housekeeper when she comes back the following day.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in a similar private household role

• Confident driver with a clean UK driving licence

• Proactive, trustworthy, and discreet

• Flexible and hands-on attitude

• Well-presented with good communication skills

• Right to work in the UK

£45,000 - £50,000 - Live in  - Own bedroom and bathroom within the home
